Kevin Murphy – Accredited Humanist Celebrant;

A Humanist wedding or partnership ceremony provides you with a totally personal, made-to-measure way of celebrating your commitment to one another. I will meet with you both in person and will get to know what makes you tick, what each of you brings to your relationship, what you value in each other and exactly what style of wedding you want to create for yourselves.

I will take great care in crafting for you a ceremony that truly reflects you both and your relationship. Well in advance of the big day I will send you a draft of the whole ceremony for you to read through. This draft can be amended as necessary until you are totally happy with the end result.

Your ceremony can include readings, music, participation by family and friends, as well as symbolic acts, such as a handfasting, sand blending or Unity Candle ceremony. You may prefer not to have any of these and to concentrate wholly on the wording. It’s your ceremony so you decide.
I encourage couples to write their own vows and am happy to provide samples to stimulate the brain when you come to write yours.

While most of the weddings I have conducted have taken place in the Southwest of England, I am happy to travel further afield and have conducted ceremonies in London, Wales, France and Spain. While not fully fluent in them I am happy to speak French, Spanish, German and Italian.
