Bob was incredible. He supported my sister and I through one of the hardest times of our lives. He took time to understand and learn everything he could about my dad to ensure we had the most personalised service possible. We feel very lucky to have had Bob to represent my dad and his eccentric personality. Bob was the talk of the Wake, guests all observed how Bob was able to inject my dads personality and quirks perfectly in to the service. They commented that they had unfortunately attended many funerals but had never been to one which was so detailed, personalised and really captured the essence of who my dad was. It was evident how much research and effort went in to his work. Bob made the day manageable by making us all laugh and reminisce about my dad, as a celebration of his life. We would strongly recommend Bob to everyone. He went over and above for us and we will forever be grateful to him. Thank you again Bob.

Bob was amazing. My children and myself talked for almost 2 hours about R, my husband and their father. He used most of what we said about him, with humour, his favourite music and life with family and friends. It really was a celebration of R’s life and we thank him with all our hearts. All who attended, and there were many, said it was nice to smile at a funeral. That was how we wanted him remembered. Bless you Bob, ‘you done him proud’

Bob did an amazing job of presenting our words, thoughts and memories of our Mam. He was professional but very sincere in every aspect of the service. He had a great way of telling our Mams life story in a way everyone both attending the funeral and those watching virtually could relate to. We had funny memories which made everyone laugh but Bob was respectful and thought about how to word the ceremony extremely well. I would highly recommend Bob to conduct a humanist ceremony in future.
