“Cate did a fantastic job with our ceremony. She was very friendly from our first meeting and took the time to get to know us and our story.

We felt she was thoughtful and accommodating of what we wanted and helped us to create a very personalised ceremony.

We received positive feedback from our guests regarding how open, honest and heartfelt the ceremony was.

Cate was very professional throughout and even made extra effort to create us a keepsake as remembrance of our wedding day.”

Dan and Dorothy chose the newly refurbished 16th Century Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey for their wedding ceremony. With romance galore and fantastic views over the Abbey ruins themselves, what more could you ask for in a wedding venue?

The  ceremony was wonderfully romantic and brought together Dorothy and Dan’s Welsh mixed heritage in a hand fasting ceremony. The blue ribbon is made from ‘Yakan weave‘, which originates from the Philippines, while the cream and purple one is made from ‘Welsh Tapestry‘.
