Paul and Mark

We literally had our best day ever … it was everything we wanted it to be.

Thanks to you for your huge part in the day. The team at Rudding Park seemed to imply it was by any of their events ‘a really good un’.

The service was brilliant and loved by all – a lot of people like me were only aware of humanist funerals and so it’s been really positively received.

We had taken a lot of time to plan (as you know) and wanted things just so; and all of those details were noticed, loved and commented on and our guests loved loved loved it; and so did we. “

It was back to Rudding Park again for Mark and Paul’s wedding, but this time in the spectacular 19th Century Chapel. It provided a grand and romantic setting for the couple’s grand entrance, with their entourage of  the “I do crew” (their flower girl, page boy and support team) to sounds from ‘The Greatest Showman‘.

Paul and Mark’s ceremony was imbued with their sense of social justice and concern for the world around them. They were keen to acknowledge their right to marry as a same sex couple – a right denied to many people across the world.

The theme for the day was travel and their wedding stationery and keepsake ceremony were all designed to fit in with this.
