Thank you again for the lovely words you wrote and for the order of services you made for grandad. I really felt it was very lovely personal service to who he was and you told his story really well – it felt like you knew him personally. It was lovely. Although it was a sad day, having the readings, songs and poems, and giving grandad a personal service made the funeral that little bit easier to get through. I’m so pleased we found you,  I can’t thank you enough.

Catherine is very professional, comforting & understanding within her Humanist Celebrant role. Great compassion was shown throughout our service to honour my Mother & Catherine went ‘way beyond’ her job role as she too wanted this final tribute to reflect my Mother’s life perfectly.
She certainly made this whole sad experience for my family calming, honest & true & we can’t praise Catherine enough for her dedication & commitment in making our final farewells to my Mother so special.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all you did to help make Nannie’s funeral last week such a lovely and fitting memorial for her.  Your approach from the very beginning has certainly helped to make the whole process for Mum and Dad a lot easier, and as a family I know we were all so pleased that we found you.  Everybody at the funeral remarked at what a fitting and warm tribute you paid to Nannie, it was just perfect.

Thank you for all your help with Mum’s funeral. Your input helped my sister and me greatly.  Several people commented on the service, saying how nice it was to concentrate on the individual rather than religion – I guess the clue is in the name: Humanist Ceremonies.

Our ceremony was carried out most professionally by Catherine who showed great compassion and understanding throughout our time with her.

Catherine took time to get things right, made helpful suggestions and liased amply to make minor amendments. She also advised on the day and was attentive to make sure we were as comfortable as possible.

Catherine made this very difficult day bearable and was extremely supportive.
