Who I am

I am an Ipswich-based humanist celebrant taking funerals and memorial ceremonies in north, south and east Suffolk and north Essex. I am happy to travel further in the UK or abroad for special ceremonies.

What I believe in

As a humanist I believe we have one life which is worth living to the best of our ability. I try to live my life with meaning, supporting my family, friends and the wider community.

Death marks the end of our life, however short or long it may have been. All lives can be acknowledged and the person recognised and remembered through a ceremony that describes them personally and honestly.

How it works

I am happy to meet family or friends to create a ceremony or memorial that is unique and meaningful to you all. We can make it special with favourite music, poems, readings and memories shared by others, if you wish.  The funeral setting is up to you and I have experience of cremations, cemetery and woodland burials.
