The best part of being a celebrant is making sure the couples I work with get the ceremony they truly want and one that reflects their personality, their hopes and dreams and their love for one another. It’s wonderful to get such kind words of thanks and to think I’ve played an important role in a very special day in their lives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here is just some of the feedback I’ve had this summer – 2025!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Julie was celebrant for our wedding in September and she was wonderful from start to finish. We had an introductory call with her when we were selecting candidates, and we were sold from day 1! It is clear she really enjoys the role and puts a great deal of effort into getting to know you so that she gets the script just right. Very organised, very clear, and a lovely presence which is important for such a big role in your wedding day! We had so many comments about how lovely and personal the ceremony was. Would highly recommend.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re so happy that we chose Julie to be our humanist celebrant for our wedding in July 2025. From the start of our planning process, she took every step to get to know us so she could tailor our ceremony perfectly for us. From Zooming in the early days, to brunch and questionnaires, Julie made our ceremony incredibly personal to us, about our story together as a couple, and celebrating our love for one another. We were very keen for our ceremony not to be the same as other weddings we had attended, as well as staying relaxed and informal, and Julie came up with lots of ideas and options to make this happen while ultimately letting all final decisions be ours. We were sent the final script a few weeks before wedding to review, and it made us both incredibly emotional reading it for the first time! Her way of writing is stunning, and her delivery on the day really brought it to life for us and all our guests. Our guests even all commented to us how fantastic and unique they thought the ceremony was! Julie made us feel totally at ease from the start to end of the process, we would recommend her to all in a heartbeat!\u00a0 NIAMH & LAURENCE *****<\/strong><\/p>\n

We just wanted to drop you a note to say again how much we’ve both loved having you as part of our wedding day. We really couldn’t have asked for more from you, either on the day itself or the months leading up to it – you couldn’t have done a better job. We found you to be so organised and proactive in the buildup, and the ceremony you delivered on the day was beyond beautiful (receiving glowing praise from virtually everybody in attendance!). Also a special thank-you from Tom for keeping him calm just before the ceremony!<\/div>\n

We were very lucky to have Julie as our celebrant for our wedding in August 2025. We knew that we wanted a civil wedding ceremony but we also wanted to make it more personal and tailored to us; it was particularly important to us that our two daughters were included in our story. From the very first meeting Julie was so engaging and enthusiastic about our hopes for the service. By the end of that short meeting, we were sure we wanted her to be our celebrant, and it was absolutely the right decision. Her helpfulness was matched by her passion and skill as a writer and speaker. After another longer meeting and a very helpful questionnaire, Julie sent us a draft script to review. It was wonderful and brought us both to (happy) tears. Julie was very helpful in fine tuning the script such that it was perfect for our day. The ceremony itself was exactly what we hoped for, and so many of our guests told us they thought Julie was wonderful. We agree and cannot recommend her more highly \u2013 we are already planning to book her again for another family event!\u00a0SIMON & JESS *****<\/strong><\/p>\n
