LGBTQ+ Funeral Ceremonies<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Finding the right celebrant to conduct a funeral for an LGBTQ+ loved one can be a challenge at a difficult time. Getting the tone right can be another challenge –<\/p>\n

Who do you want to please?\"\"<\/p>\n

Who do you want to upset?<\/p>\n

Who cares and why should they?<\/p>\n

… and who is the ceremony for anyway?<\/p>\n

I believe that the starting point for any ceremony is that it should be a celebration of the person who has died, who they were and how important they were in someone’s – everyone’s lives.<\/p>\n

Green Burials<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These can be lovely ceremonies and I have taken quite a few, both at the graveside and in the shelters that some sites have.<\/p>\n

I haven’t yet taken one on a day like the picture below but a woodland can be just as beautiful on any day of the year.<\/p>\n
