Choosing the right celebrant is the most important element of a truly meaningful wedding ceremony

 

Choose someone who can authentically reflect your shared wishes, and provide a genuine experience engaging all who have been chosen to witness your commitment to each other.

 

The first step to achieving this is to meet your prospective celebrant, before making a decision, take some time to decide if you like them and to reflect on their suitability for the role.

 

I would be happy to meet in person, or via video link, to discuss your wishes with no obligation.

 

A Humanist wedding ceremony allows you a high degree of flexibility in creating your perfect day.

Your unique wedding will be tailored to fit your needs by making sure the mood; content and tone are exactly what you both want, and by focusing on the personality and individuality of the couple at the very centre of attention.

There is no set script to follow. I will work with you to write a bespoke ceremony.

My role is to collaborate with you to create the content of a memorable ceremony that is everything you want it to be, and more.

You’ll have the opportunity to read and feedback on the draft of the ceremony if you wish. It’s your ceremony – you decide when it’s just right.

 

It’s for you to decide where and when the ceremony is to be held, with your options ranging from beautiful hotels to windswept headlands, indoors or outdoors whatever the weather, let me know and I’ll be there.

My fees for 2023-24 range from £700-£850 to cover the planning, preparation and presentation of your ceremony. 

Reduced fees for very limited ceremonies, or vow renewals are subject to your requirements
