Hi there, my name is Anthony Magennis and I am a Humanist Wedding Celebrant accredited by Humanists UK. I live in Hillsborough, Co. Down and perform wedding ceremonies across Northern Ireland.

Having enjoyed the relaxed and personal nature of my own Humanist wedding, I wanted to offer this experience to other couples;  to help put them at ease and to guide them through each stage of creating their own bespoke Wedding Ceremony.

Creating your Ceremony is very much a collaborative effort – you’ll get to see each draft of your wedding script, choose the readings, the stories told, as well as the music (as a grunger, I made sure that Pearl Jam were included in my own ceremony at some point).

As well as music, I love playing football, reading thrillers, watching horror films or making any type of plan that involves a pint of Guinness. These plans usually involve my wife and I taking our two dogs, Ruby and Juno to the park, with the odd refreshment on the way home. We also have two cats, Ginger and Oreo, but they are usually busy living their own lives, because, cats.
