FEES
I charge £675, inclusive of all further meetings with you prior to your wedding to devise your perfect day. I will then write your personalised ceremony, deliver it on the day and provide you with a presentation copy afterwards.

AREAS COVERED
I’m based in Surrey and will perform a ceremony anywhere within 2-3 hours travel (all of London, Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex). Further afield can be accommodated but I would need to charge slightly more to cover the additional travel expenses.

AVAILABILITY
I am generally available to perform ceremonies on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays but with enough notice a wedding any day of the week should be grand.

LEGAL INFO
While humanist wedding ceremonies have legal status in Scotland and Ireland (both north and south), amongst many other countries, unfortunately the UK parliament has yet to grant legal status to humanist wedding ceremonies in England & Wales. While it is hoped this will change soon this does mean that, at the time of writing, you would be required to register your marriage at a register office. That can be done on the day of your wedding but it doesn’t have to be done then, you can do that bit whenever suits you. Many couples consider their humanist ceremony to be their “real” wedding with the register office part to be simply dealing with the legalities.
