Practical Guidance, Advice and Bereavement Support

Whilst I cannot directly endorse the following services, I have found each to be particularly supportive in either a personal or professional capacity.

  • Age UK a range of services to support those grieving.
  • Bereavement Advice Centre supports and advises people on what they need to do after a death.
  • Beyond advice centre and helpful guides that explain everything after life.
  • Child Bereavement Network is the hub for those working with bereaved children, young people and their families across the UK.  They provide directories of support services available.
  • Child Bereavement UK support for families and professionals in anticipatory death, when a baby or child dies or when a child is facing bereavement.
  • Citizens Advice practical legal advice and guidance for death in unusual circumstance and personal/familial wellbeing
  • Coping with Pet Loss a support guide for families when dealing with the loss of a pet
