A Naming Ceremony is a a wonderful way to welcome the arrival of a new baby or child, whether by birth or adoption. They can also be a special way to celebrate the blending of families coming together, celebrating new beginnings and changing identities.

Planning a naming ceremony is fun, inspirational and full of delight! I can offer guidance or you many have your own ideas about how you would like the ceremony to be. I will work together with you to make the occasion special and personal for you.

Each ceremony is written using words that celebrate life and can include: symbolic acts, meaningful poems or readings,  promises and music. They can be as traditional or unconventional, formal or informal – as you wish.

One of the truly amazing things about Naming Ceremonies is they can be held pretty much anywhere you like. In your own home, garden, park, woodland, beach, village hall, pub or a party venue. Your choice!
