I trained as a celebrant with Humanists UK as I feel very strongly that everyone should have a funeral during which their family and friends can reflect on and celebrate their life.
For those of us with no religious beliefs, Humanist funerals offer a way for us to remember our loved ones and to say farewell, in a very personal way, without the often irrelevant aspects of a religious service.
I have been lucky in my career to have worked across the world, and to meet many wonderful people who, like me, did not have a religion. I hope to be able to bring that experience to your funeral planning and to ensure that the ceremony is professional, friendly & a true celebration of the life of your loved one.
