In becoming a funeral celebrant, I am following in my father’s footsteps. He conducted naming, weddings and funerals for twenty years in Aotearoa New Zealand. I follow the family tradition of crafting ceremonies that are warm, meaningful, and tailored to celebrate each person’s unique life. I work with the family of the deceased to ensure the farewell we create together reflects their needs and wants.  My background as an actor, artist and teacher gives me the skills to listen and weave memories and stories with music and readings. I have extensive experience in public speaking and producing events. I can reassure and even step in to read your words if that is what is appropriate.

My aim is always to make the ceremony as authentic and stress free as possible.
