Families have been very complimentary about the way I conduct a ceremony. Here’s a sample of comments I have received:

• ‘Thanks for great work! This was tough nut to crack.’
• ‘You read beautifully, it was all perfect. Everyone said what a fine send-off it was.’
• ‘Thanks for this − it is beautiful and just what I wanted.’
• ‘… it has made all the difference to what is a tragically sad time.’
• It was a unanimous verdict, from all those that attended my mother’s funeral, that your eulogy to her, was totally perfect. The content, the tone, and the balance were all correct. You captured my mother’s character so well. I am sure, when l meet her again one day, she will echo these sentiments.
