‘Like having your oldest pal marry you…’

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding – exciting times ahead!

Everyone deserves to have the happiest and most special wedding day, and it would be my pleasure to help make this magic happen for you. As your wedding celebrant, I won’t quite be your oldest pal, but no one will ever know!  We will work closely together to create a bespoke, personalised wedding ceremony which tells your story, reflects your values, and ensures that your guests depart your wedding feeling like they know you even better now than they did before.

The opportunities to design a creative and meaningful ceremony are limitless and it’s a privilege to guide you through the process of creating your unique wedding celebration.

Laura, the celebrant, with her back to the camera is marrying a bride and groom, who are facing towards her. The bride is wearing a sparkling headband and a white lace gown. The groom is wearing a burgundy-coloured suit. They are both looking towards Laura and grinning.

*  Please note, I am currently fully booked until 2023.

My 2023 diary will open in January 2022, so do please get in touch in the New Year for your 2023 wedding… I will look forward to hearing from you!

In the meantime, if you would like to book your Celebrant sooner, I’m happy to recommend all of my wonderful colleagues here in the Humanist Ceremonies network in Northern Ireland.

Laura, the celebrant, stands on the edge of a cliff on the Irish coast, with the historic ruins of Dunluce Castle in the background. A bride and groom, both dressed in black, are facing her.

Love is a many splendored thing, and deserves to be shouted from the rooftops when we find it in this one life we are lucky to have.
Thanks to the hard work of Humanists UK, Humanist weddings are now fully recognised in law here in Northern Ireland. You can be legally married in almost any location, from clifftops to the coast, theatres to theme parks, a ballroom to your own back garden.

Laura and some colleagues stand outside Belfast City Hall on a march for same-sex marriage. The group are all wearing pink t-shirts with 'LGBT Humanists UK' on the front, and are holding a large purple banner bearing the LGBT Humanists UK and 'happy human' logo. One of the group is waving a huge Rainbow Pride flag, and all are beaming at the camera.

We were proud to contribute to the movement towards legalising same sex marriage. I work hard to make sure my services are inclusive of and accessible to all lovely humans in love.

I would love to hear from you and help you plan what will be a magical milestone moment in your lives. Please feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation chat, or pop by my Instagram to see lots of the gorgeous weddings I have been lucky enough to conduct.

Many thanks, and lots of love,

Laura
