Overview

A Humanist wedding is a wonderful way to celebrate your wedding, your way: without religion, but with plenty of meaning.

Your wedding day should be a true reflection of your love story—joyful, meaningful, and unmistakably you. As a Humanist celebrant, I specialise in creating personal, non-religious ceremonies that celebrate your partnership in the way that feels most right to you.

Whether you picture a woodland gathering beneath the trees, a themed celebration full of personality, or a heartfelt, classic ceremony with your own modern twist, I’m here to help bring your vision to life.

I don’t just talk the talk—I walked down the aisle myself in a Rock ’n’ Roll Steampunk Circus wedding! We made our entrance on a trapeze, said our vows onstage with live music and video, and my wife even delivered her vows via PowerPoint and pie chart. It was wild, personal, and perfect. That’s the beauty of a Humanist wedding: it’s your story, told your way.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of conducting ceremonies as diverse and distinctive as the couples at their centre—from moving and poetic gatherings in the woods to light-hearted celebrations with unexpected twists. Each one has been a unique expression of love, crafted through collaboration, care, and creativity.

I’ll take the time to get to know you both—your journey, your values, your vision. Then I’ll work closely with you to build a ceremony that includes the elements that matter most to you, whether that’s vows, readings, symbolic gestures, or a surprise or two. I’ll guide you through the process from start to finish, making sure everything flows beautifully and authentically.

If you’re planning a wedding that breaks the mould—or honours tradition in a way that feels truly personal—I’d be honoured to be part of your day.
