Client Feedback

This was from a lovely lady who has trouble remembering and I treasure it because of the effort it took to write.

Customer reviews are such a devalued currency, I try to keep things real by:

  • Ignoring Google and Trust Pilot.
  • Not canvassing for reviews other than by sending clients a link to the Humanists UK feedback site, once only.
  • Maintaining up to date records of feedback and reflecting on it regularly.
  • Making my feedback records available to prospective clients on demand and unedited other than to make it anonymous.
  • Making sure that any quotes by clients used on my websites can be traced back to my feedback records and have not been taken out of context.

You can view and download a PDF of all my formal client feedback since 2015 here. This PDF is updated whenever I receive feedback.

As well as feedback sent to the Humanists UK site I receive even more cards, emails and letters direct from clients, which I also record, but don’t share in the same way, as they aren’t all written for public consumption.
