Vow Renewals and Re-Weddings
Vow Renewals and Re-Weddings in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset
There are lots of reasons why people decide to renew their vows. They might be celebrating a big anniversary, they might have come through a challenge in their relationship and wish to reconfirm their commitment to one another, or they might have had to have a scaled-down ceremony due to coronavirus and want to plan the bigger ceremony they’d been dreaming of.
Just like my wedding ceremonies, none of my vow renewals are written to a template and there’s no ‘order of service’. Each ceremony is completely bespoke and I won’t start writing until I’ve met and got to know you. I can help with music, readings and poems and symbolic gestures to make your vow renewal really special. “She was very likeable and easy going and came up with some excellent suggestions for the day which helped to make the event special. It was a magic experience and I would recommend a vow renewal and Maria to anyone considering a humanist service”.
“My husband and I were so impressed when you did the naming ceremony for our two grandsons. It was so lovely how you took the time to get to know my son and daughter-in-law. It was such a lovely evening, hearing all the stories about how they met and how their children came into their lives, which prompted us to want to renew our vows”.
