We just wanted to say thanks so much for the ceremony on Sunday. It was a beautiful and the script made it so personal and special. We will remember it forever and have lots of pictures and keepsakes for [C] so she will be able to look through when she is older.

Moyra was a fantastic celebrant from our first contact via email all the way through to conducting the ceremony. Moyra always replied promptly to emails and let us know in advance when she would be unavailable. When Moyra visited us at our home she was friendly and professional. She made it clear that the ceremony would be completely personal to us and talked through the options available to us. Moyra wrote the ceremony based on our discussion and made absolutely sure that we were happy with it prior to the day. The feedback from our guests at the ceremony was very positive. ‘My husband and I knew that we did not want a religious ceremony such as a christening when our son was born, but we were unsure of what to do to mark his arrival. Upon perusal of naming ceremonies on the Humanism website, we came across Moyra’s details and promptly got in touch.

From our first meeting with Moyra, she not only explained the thinking process regarding naming ceremonies, she made us feel like this was the best option for us without being pushy. We were very impressed with her attention to detail and the way she went over and above her remit to ensure we had the best ceremony possible for our son.
