All the poems,readings and prose you sent us, as well as the first draft were incredibly useful and we were so delighted with the outcome. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted and you were so great.

Afterwards, everybody said it was the best funeral they had been to, and there was so much love in the room!  In the evening I thought that if it was my funeral, I would have been really pleased, so I think we could do no more. We definitely gave him a good send off.

Thank you for all your hard work preparing and delivering mum’s funeral. It was such a difficult time, and I was really dreading the whole thing. But in fact I was overwhelmed by how beautifully presented the service was, and what a wonderful opportunity it was to really celebrate mum’s life. Your empathy and sensitivity really made the whole experience bearable.
