Hi ..I’m Lynn O’Brien, that’s me third on the right with my lovely Mum, Niece and Daughter.
As a Humanist UK accredited celebrant for the last eight years I’ve been privileged to create and deliver inclusive non-religious ceremonies in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Kent and further afield.
When not working I love to spend time with family and friends, which usually involves good food (especially cheese!), red wine, or dog walking in Epping Forest. I’m also a travel enthusiast, and a keen sports fan (both participating and watching) and I’m passionate about live music and theatre but not adverse to a Netflix binge!
I believe that we have one precious life, to be lived to its fullest celebrating milestones and life events wherever we can.
Humanist ceremonies are the perfect opportunity to bring together family, friends and community in the process of creating memories and celebrating life’s milestones. Ceremonies I create are not anti-religious but are meaningful, personal and celebrate life.
Humanist ceremonies are totally flexible, they may be crammed full of music, readings, song and rituals or simple and understated.
Each ceremony is individualised and written from scratch and involves you, and others as you wish, in the process.
I’m fascinated by people and life stories. Everyone has a story waiting to be told and it is my privilege to turn a unique story into a personal ceremony.
