Ashes interments & scattering
Sometimes there is a cremation without a funeral – a direct cremation. Then the family may wish to have a ceremony later in the form of an ashes interment or ashes scattering ceremony. This was frequently the case during Covid.
Within reason, you can scatter ashes almost anywhere. Burying them – an interment – is also a popular choice, usually in a natural burial ground but sometimes in a back garden.
Since we don’t usually have the chapel facilities at these locations, I can supply and play your music choices.
